- Operating System
- For Windows, right-click on 'Start', go to 'System'. The Windows version is listed approximately half-way down the page.

- Once your call ticket has been received, a technician will deploy the Office 2019 software to your computer.
- Software deployments will be done remotely with BigFix, our software patching system. If your computer does not have BigFix installed, a technician will contact you to install BigFix only.
